Giselle Haftel received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin. She is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Dietetics and Nutrition at Florida International University. Giselle is the Branch Manager for the Florida division of Wellness Concepts, a company that provides interactive nutrition education programs to corporations.

Giselle was a competitive gymnast for 13 years. She is highly involved in sports nutrition and is an active member of the International Society of Sports Nutrition, for which she has lectured on various occasions. Giselle lectures to athletes, parents and professionals on the prevention and treatment of eating disorders. She teaches children and adolescents how to eat for optimal athletic performance and emphasizes the importance of eating and exercising for overall health and disease prevention. Ms. Haftel strongly believes in preventive health care, utilizing both Western and Eastern practices.

Dr. Ali has published many papers and written and co-authored 12 books, including, Ask Dr Elvis How to Maintain Optimum Wellness and Menopause – A Complementary Approach. Dr. Ali has also conducted lectures internationally and has appeared on a number of radio and TV shows.

His mission is to educate the public, to be a spokesperson for complementary health and wellness options, and through continued research in the field of naturopathic medicine, bring safe and non-intrusive options into the public domain.
