Sally Fallon Morell is founding president of The Weston A. Price Foundation, a non-profit nutrition education foundation with over 400 local chapters worldwide helping consumers find local grass-based animal products. Sally is also the founder of A Campaign for Real Milk, which has as its goal universal access to clean raw milk from pasture-fed animals.

Sally is the president and owner of NewTrends Publishing, serving as editor and publisher of many books including Nourishing Traditions, The Cholesterol Myths, The Untold Story of Milk; The Yoga of Eating, The Fourfold Path to Healing, The Whole Soy Story and Eat Fat Lose Fat.

Sally received a Bachelor's Degree in English with honors from Stanford University and a Master's Degree in English with high honors from UCLA. In addition to speaking French and Spanish, Sally is a journalist, chef, nutrition researcher, homemaker and community activist. Her interests include music, gardening, metaphysics and cooking.

Chad continues to be a sport conditioning author and lecturer for such organizations as the AOSSM, BCRPA, CATA, CFP, CSEP, Fit Rendez-Vous, IDEA, Infofit & the NSCA. Chad’s most recent endeavours include the development and release of the ACTivated and P'repair to Perform educational series.

Anthony L. Almada has worked in the natural products industry since 1975. He performed his undergraduate training in Physiology with a minor in Nutritional biochemistry at the University of California, Irvine and California State University, Long Beach. Dr. Wortman obtained his MD from the University of Calgary and completed Family Medicine residency at UBC. He has spent most of his career in public health. Early in the AIDS epidemic, Dr. Wortman was Associate Director of STD Control at the BC Centre for Disease Control, where he developed HIV testing and prevention programs.

Since 1990 Dr. Wortman has worked at the First Nations and Inuit Health Branch of Health Canada in various senior management positions in Ottawa and Vancouver. On a research sabbatical at UBC, he studied the effect of a traditional-style diet on obesity and diabetes in an Aboriginal community. The study was the subject of the popular CBC documentary film, "My Big Fat Diet".

Dr Wortman is currently the Senior Medical Advisor for the First Nations and Inuit Health Branch, where he continues to study traditional Aboriginal and modern low-carbohydrate ketogenic diets. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Faculty of Medicine at UBC and lectures at the medical school there. Dr Wortman serves on a number of boards and advisory committees. In 2003 he was the recipient of the national Aboriginal Achievement Award in Medicine.
